GENERAL PLAN UPDATE
Yuba County is
in the process of updating its General Plan that was last updated in
1996. The update
includes all seven elements of the General Plan and is expected to be
completed in early 2009.
Any property owner in the unincorporated area of Yuba County may request
that the County consider
a change in the General Plan land use designation of their property.
This change could result in
changes in development standards, minimum lot sizes required, or
permissible uses of property.
In order to request a change, please complete this form and submit it to
the Yuba County Community
Development and Services Agency at 915 8th Street, Suite 123,
Marysville, CA 95901. The County
will evaluate the requests and a response will be available later this
summer.
GENERAL PLAN UPDATE ADVISORY COMMITTEE
The fifth meeting of the General Plan Update
Advisory Committee (GPUAC),
was held on
Monday, March 17th at
3:00 p.m.
at the
Yuba County Government Center in Conference
Room 2.
The next meeting of the GPUAC is to be
announced
