The Spring Valley
Specific Plan area includes two adjacent but distinct geographic
areas. A southern area of approximately 1300 acres runs from a
narrow band along the Yuba River, across Highway 20 and then
northerly to Spring Valley Road.

The northern portion
of the Plan area lies north of Spring Valley Road where it is
contained between two ridgelines.
