We know that you may need help
with your journey toward self-sufficiency and One Stop
Employment Services staff will be with you every step of the
way. You will receive one-on-one support from your case
manager who will not only assist you with Cash Aid, Food Stamps,
and Medi-Cal but will also be there to help you achieve the
goals in your personalized Welfare-to-Work Plan.
Our qualified team of
employment and training specialists, case managers, social
workers, and support staff are dedicated to assisting you while
you are still receiving cash aid and even after you land that
perfect job and no longer need cash aid. We will continue
to help you with anything you need to keep your job by providing
you with job retention services.
We are committed to helping you
discover and develop your skills, talents, motivations, and
employment goals as well as provide referrals to agencies that
can help with any barriers that may be preventing you from
succeeding in your goals.
