JUNE 8 ELECTION RESULTS CERTIFIED JUNE 18, 2010

 

JUNE 8, 2010 - ELECTION DAY

  • Polling places are open from 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

  • The location of your polling place can be found on the back of your sample ballot booklet or you can contact the Yuba County Elections Office. 

 

VOTE BY MAIL BALLOT STATUS

Check the status of your returned Vote by Mail Ballot using the Online Absentee Status Check.  To check the status of your ballot you will be required to enter your last name, your date of birth and the street number for your residence address as registered in Yuba County.

 

POLLING SITE CHANGES FOR THE JUNE PRIMARY

As a requirement of Federal and/or State election law and with the approval of the US Department of Justice you may have a change to your polling site. Notices were mailed to voters with polling site changes on April 13 advising of the new address.  Additionally, the address of your polling site will be listed on the back of your Sample Ballot Book.  If you need further information or assistance, please contact the Yuba County Elections Office at 749-7855. 

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR VOTERS

  • If you have moved you must re-register to vote at your new address before May 24, 2010.

 

DECLINE TO STATE - CROSSOVER VOTING

For the June 8, 2010 Primary Election, voters who are not currently affiliated with a qualified political party may choose to vote a Democratic ballot or a Republican ballot instead of a Non-Partisan ballot.  Voters who are affiliated with a qualified political party must vote the ballot for the party with which they are affiliated. 

 

Voters affiliated with a qualified political party and who wish to change their party affiliation for the June 2010 Primary election must re-register before May 24, 2010.

 

VOTE BY MAIL BALLOT REQUEST

To receive a Vote by Mail ballot for the June 8, 2010 Primary Election submit a completed Vote by Mail Application to the Yuba County Elections office:

It is not necessary for you to submit a request if you are already a permanent vote by mail voter or if you have already submitted a request for a vote by mail ballot for this election.
