SPECIAL MEETING

Welcome to the Yuba County Board of Supervisors meeting.  As a courtesy to others, please turn off cell phones, pagers, or other electronic devices, which might disrupt the meeting.

No other business shall be conducted at this meeting.  The public shall have an opportunity to address the Board of Supervisors only with respect to items set forth in this agenda.  Each individual or group will be limited to no more than five minutes.  Prior to this time, speakers are requested to fill out a "Request to Speak" card and submit it to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. Thank you.

III.               COUNTY DEPARTMENTS

A.      Auditor-Controller

1.       Authorize Budget Transfer in the total amount of $23,050 to transfer in lieu of health insurance back to salaries for all operating departments for June 2013.

B.      Community Development and Services

1.       Award contract to apparent low bidder for 2013 Microsurfacing-Various Locations and authorize Chair to execute upon review and approval of County Counsel. (Ten minute estimate) (298-13)

2.       Adopt resolution confirming report of delinquent solid waste collection charges and order of assessment on property tax roll related to Recology Yuba Sutter. (Ten minute estimate) (299-13)

3.       Approve Amendment No. 1 to agreement with Quincy Engineering Inc. for Alleghany Road over Oregon Creek Bridge Rehabilitation Project and authorize Chair to execute. (Five minute estimate) (300-13)
