Yuba County is requesting that Right-of-Entry (ROE) forms for participation in the State consolidated debris removal program be submitted no later than November 13, 2017 in order to facilitate the debris removal process.

If you have not received an ROE form, are unable to submit the form by November 13th, or are using a private contractor, please contact the Environmental Health Department promptly at 530-749-7523.

Power Hour - Take advantage of CDSA's commitment to the public "Power Hour".

   

Please have the Property/Site Address or Assessor Parcel Number ready for all CDSA inquiries.

 

Many members of our staff are in the field; inspecting, enforcing and educating our community all day long.  To ensure that the needs of the public are met our staff is committed to provide the required department resources at the CDSA Front Desk from 8am - 9am, daily.

 

Outside of the 8am to 9am "Power Hour" members of the CDSA staff are available to assist with:

    • new project applications

    • building permits

    • road complaints

    • scheduling meeting times with staff members outside of the "Power Hour"

    • the pick up of completed permits from will-call

    • code enforcement complaints

Our office is open from 8am - 12noon and from 1pm - 4:30pm, daily (Monday through Friday)
