  • Summer Aquatic Classes: 2 week sessions starting in June See Flier

  • Indoor Soccer: Each season runs for 8 weeks

  • Ballet/Jazz Combo: ages 3-7, 8-11 & 12-16

SCHOLARSHIPS: 

Scholarships are available for Yuba County residents with the participant being 5 years old or younger.  Must provide proof of economic hardship by showing one month’s income using document of public assistance, copy of paycheck stubs, etc. An approved scholarship gives a child $80 toward any programs and is good for the entire calendar year or until it is used completely (whichever comes first).  Applications are available in person at the recreation department: 915 8th Street, Suite 123, Marysville, CA.


DEADLINES:
To ensure we have enough participants please sign up for your class no later than the last Friday of the month for your class. Late charges may be incurred for late registration.

Thank you to all of you who participated in our one year anniversary program survey. Your feedback is extremely important to us and all responses will be reviewed.

 

Credit Card payments accepted in person at the Yuba County Government Center will have a $2.50 service fee.

No Visa accepted at the Yuba County Government Center.

All checks can be made out to:  "Yuba-Sutter Training Zone/Yuba County Recreation".

Instructors will not be able to accept any registration money.

 

COMMUNITY/FUNDING PARTNER

The First Five Yuba Commission (formerly Yuba County Children and Families Commission) was formed in January 1999 to implement the 1998 Proposition 10 California Children and Families Act funded by tobacco taxes. Since its inception, First Five Yuba has been committed to supporting good health, school readiness, family resources, and collaborative systems of care for Yuba County children aged zero through five years old, and their families.  The Commission emphasizes local decision-making sensitive to our diverse community.
